Role Overview

We are seeking a senior partnerships leader to drive global business development and strategic partnerships across the RWA and digital asset ecosystem.

The role will focus on building relationships with asset issuers, financial institutions, investment firms, exchanges, custodians, blockchain infrastructure providers, stablecoin networks, and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partnerships across RWA, tokenization, and digital capital markets.

Source and onboard institutional asset issuers, funds, asset managers, and financial institutions.

Build partnerships with exchanges, custodians, payment providers, blockchain protocols, and stablecoin partners.

Identify new business opportunities and support global ecosystem expansion.

Represent Digital Assets Capital in discussions with institutional and strategic partners.

Preferred Background

Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

Capital Markets
Digital Assets / Web3
RWA & Tokenization
Digital Securities
Private Equity / Venture Capital
Institutional Sales
Stablecoins & Payments
Exchanges, Custody, or Market Infrastructure
AI Infrastructure or Compute Assets
