职位要求：

• 能够构思制作具有创意且新颖的网站，同时符合客户品牌的视觉元素。
• 与我们的网站开发团队紧密协作，以确保正确有效地实现客户的网站需求。
• 具备优秀的视觉设计技能，并精通Adobe Photoshop和Adobe Illustrator等平面设计软件。

主要职责:

• 与客户一起构思创意，设计制作网站，建立指导方针、标准和最佳实践方式。
• 为网站设计视觉形象，并确保与客户的品牌一致。
• 能够熟练使用各网站制作管理系统。
  设计制作客户对网站的相关功能和要求。
• 设计示例页面，包括颜色、字体、图片。
• 准备设计方案，展示网站结构。
  制作完成之后进行网站维护管理以及优化。

基本要求:

• 相关领域的相关文凭。
• 会英文和中文。
• 熟练使用adobePhotoshop、adobe illustrator等平面设计软件。
• 对内容管理系统有良好的理解。
  熟悉搜索引擎优化原理。
• 熟练理解跨浏览器兼容性问题。
  优秀的视觉设计能力。
• 具有国际网站协议、标准和技术的最新经验。
• 有创造力，乐于接受新想法。
• 适应能力强，愿意学习、敢于挑战。
• 有团队协作精神、优秀的沟通技巧。

Web Programmer

Digest and finalize the requirement from clients. Design, create and modify website/software development; collect and document user requirements, and analyze user needs to implement website content,
graphics and performance and capacity; Enhance existing public interfaces and understand user experience to
ensure program delivery meets their expectations and service standards; create administrative interfaces or other data
entry pages; optimize data infrastructures improving space usability, search engines’ efficiency and connectivity performance;
convert written, graphic, audio and video components to compatible web formats; create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms.
Integrate websites with other applications; lead and co-ordinate team and projects; Keep up-to-date on web development and trends
