This position is responsible for promoting company products, increasing brand awareness and soliciting orders to achieve the sales quota which is discussed and agreed between the incumbent and management. The duties include traveling through assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers.

Qualifications
Education & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent from four-year college or university
Two to three years related working experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tools & Equipment

The software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office applications.
Mobile communications equipment including laptop computer, cellular phone, etc.
Certificates / Licenses

Driver’s License

Others

Must be able to work within Canada legally
have access to a reliable, insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing

Provides prompt and excellent service to customers by coordinating customers’ requests and inquiries.
Works with wholesalers and retailers to share market and customer information and to develop good business rapport.
Execute and close all sales calls – maintain PO system, monitoring delivery, A/R and customer feedbacks
Develops and maintains sales forecast utilizing sales data, business plan information and works with Supply Chain Management department to maintain and manage inventory levels.
Collects sales data from customers, analyzes them to identify market trends and presents findings to Management.
Visits retail establishments – displays, demonstrates, presents and/or distributes samples, emphasizing salable features of the products, introducing products, coordinating and negotiating ideal store display space with management of retail establishments.
Provides assistance in stocking customers’ shelves, checking for spoilage and out-of-date products, and setting up POP or customer display.
Proposes, manages and implements promotions/campaigns. Attending marketing events. Seeks suitable buyer/broker for the Company and negotiate with them to expand the market shares in assigned territory.
Work with marketing team, conducts researches to determine market conditions and demand
Administrative Duties

Timely prepares and submits reports, including weekly activity logs, meeting reports, business trip reports, expense reports, meeting reports, etc.
Provides assistance with administrative duties in the office, as necessary.
Monitoring inventory level by assigned district
Other & Miscellaneous

Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
