We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Lead with strong experience in digital marketing, real estate issuer acquisition, and asset digitalization. You will work directly with the CEO to drive platform growth and issuer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
岗位职责

• Lead and execute digital marketing strategy for the RWA platform
制定并执行RWA平台整体数字营销战略

• Design and manage online campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, paid ads, content marketing)
策划并管理线上推广活动（LinkedIn、邮件营销、线上研讨会、付费广告、内容营销等）

• Generate and convert qualified leads from real estate developers, asset managers, and property issuers
获取并转化房地产开发商、资产管理机构及项目发行方的高质量客户线索

• Market blockchain-based asset digitalization solutions to traditional real estate businesses
向传统房地产企业推广区块链资产数字化解决方案

• Build strong positioning for tokenization and digital asset offerings
打造公司在资产通证化及数字资产领域的市场定位

• Develop pitch decks, marketing funnels, and issuer onboarding strategies
制定融资演示材料、营销转化漏斗及发行方入驻策略

• Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth
追踪关键指标，优化营销策略，实现可量化增长

Ideal Candidate
任职要求

• Proven experience in digital marketing for fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or investment platforms
具备金融科技、区块链、数字资产或投资平台的数字营销经验

• Direct experience marketing RWA, tokenization, or asset digitalization solutions (strongly preferred)
有RWA、通证化或资产数字化相关市场推广经验者优先

• Solid background in the real estate industry, especially working with developers or asset issuers
熟悉房地产行业，有开发商或资产发行方合作经验

• Strong understanding of online lead generation and conversion funnels
精通线上获客及转化机制

• Self-motivated, analytical, comfortable working remotely with leadership
